Founded in the year 1995, Pace Developers was started by our founder Mr. Anil Khanna, who envisioned the potential of the Boutique Real Estate market of South Delhi. Diversifying from his family business of Government Construction, he wanted to create luxury experiences and an enterprise that would become a hallmark of quality and luxury. Over the last three decades, the company has delivered several exclusive homes in South Delhi that are highly appreciated for their uniqueness, design, unprecedented construction quality and high standards of aesthetics and details.
Led by Anil Khanna, founder and CEO, Pace is helmed by a young and dynamic team who share the same passion for the brand and are driven by the prospect of ensuring the best experience for the clients in terms of quality, aesthetics and service. Anil Khanna
A well-established name in the South Delhi Boutique Builder Business, he has been developing properties for over thirty years.. Known for his quality construction and timely delivery, he has handed over to dozens of families, their dream homes. Owing to all his experience and years of work, he is also the Gen. Secretary of the South Delhi’s Builders Association and a central player in the development of South Delhi homes.
After years of work and success in the Delhi market, Mr. Khanna has also diversified into building high-end luxury villas in North Goa, under the name Casa Del Sogño.

Abhaiy Khanna
After completing his Civil Engineering and Masters in Advance Construction Management, he worked for an international conglomerate KEF Infrastructure and was a vital part of their project management team for over a year. Handling projects all over India, he gained technical prowess and knowledge. Bringing his strengths to the table, he joined his father in the family business to take it further with advanced technology and engineering.

Udaiy Khanna
With a passion for Real Estate since the beginning, he did his undergrad in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure and worked for a couple of real estate companies in Gurgaon to gain experience. To further deepen his knowledge in business and management, he completed a double master’s programme from France and also worked in Singapore for 6 months to gain an international perspective and insights.
He now helps his brother and father in the family business, bringing with him his global exposure and ideas.
